Katia becomes EMSL's Client Services Director

I am delighted to announce that Katia has been promoted to the position of Client Services Director at EMSL, effectively immediately. Katia's new role will see her head up the client servicing side of the business in a newly created position.

Her new responsibilities will include working closely with the rest of the senior management team to help to shape the agency and deliver growth. She will also be accountable for high-level relations with all clients, including strategic direction, account growth and development, delivery standards and overall client satisfaction

Katia has a wealth of experience in similar senior management positions and will bring new energy to a vital part of the business at a particularly exciting time.
