Website Design Bespoke Development

Burlington Estates is a multi-award London property management firm that has been independently audited by RICS and classified as outstanding. They are highly skilled at managing high end buildings throughout prime central London and experienced in managing major works programmes.

EMSL were approached to create a brand new and fully responsive website for our client, Burlington Estates. The website was to replace a previous version that EMSL had also created a number of years  earlier. It was important that in creating the new website we retained some advanced functionality created previously in the form of a residents’ user portal.

A primary objective of the new website was to ensure the business maintained its hard earned positioned as a premium and credible player in their sector. This was achieved by working closely with the team at Burlington to create new content throughout and provide a well-thought-out user  experience for a variety of important stakeholders. The result was a highly attractive, professional design that is simple to use and easy to navigate. Strong calls to action throughout provide direction and help to generate enquiries.

Cloud Based Software Application

EMSL were tasked with creating a fully bespoke cloud-based software system to be used by the team at Burlington Estates on a daily basis to manage, monitor and record regular tasks associated with the company’s portfolio of buildings.

By ensuring that we fully understood the process from beginning to end, we were able to specify and develop a totally unique system that meets the needs of their business. With an easy to use interface and a clever visual system to show task status, the system gives the operation team and management at Burlington the tools they need to perform to the highest level.

The system has been very well received by the team at Burlington, helping the business to save time and money without compromising on levels of service, and in many areas actually improving visibility of areas that may need attention.
