A large and popular nursery located in Crews Hill’s renowned Golden mile of Garden Centres. Springtime’s Christmas Wonderland is one of the largest and busiest Santa’s Grottos in the UK with a wide range of family attractions, a huge collection of Christmas decorations and lights alongside a festive shopping village filled with traditional food, drink, toys and gifts.
The objective of this project was to raise awareness and increase bookings and attendance for Christmas Wonderland. The target audience was parents with children under the ages of 11, specifically within Enfield, Hertfordshire, North London and South & West Essex.
EMSL began by proposing a creative advertising concept implemented through a full, multi-channel marketing campaign incorporating traditional and online platforms such as Sky AdSmart television, Google AdWords, social media, press, radio and email.
In addition, we developed an online booking system with automated scheduling and customer confirmation emails to reduce waiting times and help our client to manage busy periods and visitor expectations and flow.
The campaign achieved great results including 240,000 television views, almost 900,000 online impressions, 3,500 email opens alongside a print reach of 150,000 within selected primary schools. Overall the campaign generated over 92,000 website visits and secured just under 1,500 online bookings.
