A leading manufacturer and installer of double glazing, replacement doors, windows and conservatories working across Hertfordshire.
The objective of this project was to create a website that positioned Reflex Elite as a leading brand offering high quality door, window and conservatory installations. The website needed to incorporate their trade fabrication services with a clear differentiation to their public offering. Search engine results were especially important to Reflex Elite and the website needed to encourage leads through strong call to actions.
EMSL created a contemporary, minimalist design that elevated the look and feel of the Reflex Elite brand. We organised the information and created a hierarchy of importance, giving maximum exposure to the brand, visual examples of the work and all-important customer testimonials. We restructured the menu design to facilitate easy access to all products and services and incorporated a variated design for all trade pages. The design included clear and clickable call to action buttons with customised CSS animation to encourage customer contact through quotation forms, appointment forms, email and telephone. Customer engagement was also encouraged by including a social media feed linking directly to the client’s most recent Twitter content. We created a simple CMS to enable our client to showcase their work through their work gallery and testimonials.
The new Reflex Elite website performed exceptionally well within organic search engines and has successfully increased the website visit conversion rate for new business leads.
